Land Rover, a subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited (NYSE: TTM), is increasing its range of vehicles to 16 by the end of the decade.

The automaker is taking this step as it aims to expand in China and to compete with BMW.

Autocar has reported that Land Rover is planning a product expansion by 2020. The new vehicles will be based on the brand’s present range of vehicles, while expanding into both lower and upper segments of the market.
