Volvo Car Corporation, a Sweden-based automaker, has hired Robin Page, Bentley Motor’s head of interior design.

British-born Page started his automotive interior design career with an apprenticeship at Jaguar. He has also worked for such high-end automakers as Rolls-Royce and Bugatti before arriving at Bentley, heading up interior design. He was also reportedly responsible for design work on the interior of the Queen’s state limo.

Thomas Ingenlath, Senior Vice President Design at Volvo Cars, said, ‘Robin has a wealth of experience regarding high-quality, luxury interior design. Our aim is to raise the bar for Volvo design both in interior and exterior design, and Robin will play an instrumental role in achieving that.’
