Volkswagen AG (Xetra: VW), a Germany-based automaker, is ending production of the Kombi van in 2013.
The automaker is ending production of the vehicle 63 years after it was launched globally in 1950.
The vehicle is produced in Sao Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, and has not been significantly updated since the late ’70s.
